At Happy Bee Meadery, we’re proud to offer something a little different for Cave Creek — craft mead.
Mead is one of the world’s oldest fermented beverages, made from honey, water, and imagination. At Happy Bee, we bring this ancient tradition into the present with small-batch, Arizona-made meads that are vibrant, approachable, and full of character.
Our meads are handcrafted by our partners at The Meading Room in Sonoita, Arizona, using raw honey and real ingredients to create a wide range of flavors — from dry and complex to light, bubbly, and fruit-forward. Whether you’re new to mead or already a fan, there’s something here for every palate.
Our Cave Creek tasting room was created as a place to slow down, gather, and discover.
In a town known for its saloons and spirited energy, Happy Bee offers a relaxed, welcoming alternative — where you can enjoy guided tastings, share flights with friends, and learn what makes mead so special.
In addition to our meads, we also feature a curated selection of Arizona wines and craft beers, all sourced locally.
